Am I eligible for stipend?

I am pursuing M.Tech and I have got admission through state level exam (OJEE, WBUT, etc.), but didn't qualify for GATE exam.

You are not eligible for MHRD stipend which is for students doing M.Tech on clearing GATE examination. However, some state governments also give stipend to students who have not cleared GATE to do M.Tech. You may check with your university or state government Ministry on Education for details.
