Am I eligible for study visa in Canada or not? I have shared my international english language test result.

Study visa is provided by the embassy only after you have completed to due process of securing admission with the university or college. IELTS score is required in the band of 6 or above. In most cases, the college would assist you with the process.

Im not sure which city you reside in. But there are prominent education consultancy firms that operate in nearly all tier 1 & 2 cities. Only engage with very prominent firms, whom others recommend and do not go to any particular agents.
