Am I eligible for taking admission in BBA? I have passed 12th with 69.2% but in english I got only 53 marks.

    Dear Shubham, LPU is a premier university of India with top placement records and world class infrastructure. LPU has more than 200 courses and every course has certain eligibility criteria to be fulfilled by a candidate to get admission. For admission in BBA a candidate must have 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English) or equivalent. Here, I want to update you for LPU Admission process.   • Dear student, the admissions for the year 2017 are closed now. The previous year eligibility for BBA was "50% with English". The old fees for BBA was Rs. 49500 per semester with some attractive category of scholarships. But at the same, the fees and scholarship and eligibility may change for admission 2018. So, you are advised to apply next year and be in touch with our team of counselors or mail at admissions@lpu.co.in. You may visit our website http://www.lpu.in/ for the same.

    Dear student,
    Yes, you are eligible for it. Here is the eligibility criteria for BBA at LPU:
    Eligibility Criteria (Qualifying Exam)
    Pass with 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English) or equivalent.
    For a candidate, who has not studied English as a subject, the condition of English may be waived off provided the candidate in his qualifying exam has studied in English medium.
    (5% relaxation to North East states and Sikkim candidates/ Defence Personnel and their Dependents/ Wards of Kashmiri Migrants)

    As per my best information, yes, you are eligible. Although the eligibility varies from university to university but still most of the universities hold general eligibility criteria given as under:
    -Completion of HSC (10+2 level) from a recognized educational board.
    -English as one of the subjects at HSC.
    -Minimum aggregate score of 50% to 60% at 10+2 level of education.
    -The candidate needs to qualify entrance exam also which are organized at national, state or university level by various authorities.

    Yes, you are eligible to get BBA admission by qualifying entrance exam conducted by LPU.
    Minimum eligibility is that, students should qualify +2 with a minimum of 60 % aggregate marks.

    I suggest you also write LPUNEST for getting scholarships. BBA is right choice !
    Don't worry about a little less marks or skills in English, the center for professional enhancement at LPU will take care of it.
