Am I eligible for the engineering course? I have completed my Diploma in 7 years with 50%.

Yes, because any university/college gives you 3 years to complete the Diploma but if you fail in any subject, you are given at least 7 years so that you can complete your Diploma with that subject. And you can apply for any bachelor's degree even with 50% marks.
