I am in 12(com. without maths, but ip).I want to study psychology after +2.

Yes, you are eligible. Changing to Arts stream is open from all streams.

For Arts stream entry is quiet libral as no laboratory skills needed. Many basics of +2 is brushed up in BA 1st year. For convinience you can read two thin books of NCERT OF 11TH AND 12th
