Yes, One who completed the master's degree with minimum 55% aggregate marks can apply for the UGC NET Exam. To apply for UGC NET you should have post graduated with minimum 55% aggregate marks if you are from general category or if you are from SC/ST/PwD then you should have 50% aggregate marks.
