Absolutely everyone after completing PG in any concerned subject is eligible for NET whether UGC NET or CSIR NET. Even after completing only 2 semester one is having eligiblity for NET exam. So, be consistent and go ahead. -

Candidates who have secured at least 55% marks (without rounding off) in Master s Degree or equivalent examination from universities/institutions recognised by UGC in Humanities (including languages) and Social Science, Computer Science & Applications, Electronic Science etc. -
