Am I eligible for upcoming common medical entrance test with mark sheet obtained from National Institute of Open Schooling?

I have passed H.S. in the year 2004 in science stream with 433 total marks out of 1000 total marks from W.B. Council of H.S. education. I have below 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology together with fail in Mathematics. Now If I upgrade my scoring in Phy, Chem, Bio & Eng from NIOS.
