I got 94% in 11th and 12th Combined and 98.666 percentile in JEE Mains January attempt.

    Yes you will definitely get VIT for B.Tech CSE. Your 12th and JEE Main scores are outstanding. Your expected JEE Main AIR is about 14152. On the basis of your JEE Main rank you can get the top NITs also.
