Am I eligible if I have completed 35 years and 3 months?
I fill my form for mop-up round Jan 2023 and my name came in SML but when went for admission, they didn't expect because I completed my 35 age in Oct. Only 3 months extra after 35. Why my online form was selected and I got number in SMT when I was not eligible?

You can give UPSC exams, but you can't give exams like CDS and all.
