Unfortunately, you are not eligible for LLB with 44.5 percent in graduation. The minimum percentage required for LLB is 45 percent for general category students and 40 percent for reserved category students.

As per the Bar Council of India (BCI) rules, to be eligible for admission to a three-year LLB program, you need to have completed graduation in any discipline with at least 45% marks (40% marks for SC/ST candidates).
Some universities may require 50 % whereas some may require 60%.
