Am I eligible the JEE Advance 2025? I did my class 12 in 2023 but could not pass. I am reappearing for class 12 in 2024.

Yes, you are eligible to appear for JEE Advance 2025 even if you couldn't make it through class 12th in 2023. Other than this, you will have to fulfil the eligibility criteria i.e. to pass 10+2 from a recognised university, and clear JEE Main if you want to appear for JEE Advance.
