    If you haven't appeared for JEE Advanced, you can surely apply.

    No, you can not eligible for JEE Advanced because you have only two chance for Advanced.

    Hello Ankit,
    JEE Advanced is confined to 2 attempts only. So, you cannot appear in 2017 if you passed 12th in 2015.
