Every college's criteria is minimum 50% in graduation. If you have more than 50% in graduation, there are chances. You need to give MAT exam. There are very few colleges consider below 50%.

Normally there is the minimum requirement of percentage for SSC,HSC and graduation. There might be few exam which allow scores below 50%. So you need to do research on that basis.
