Am i eligible to apply for admission if i haven't appeared for any exams but i do have work experience?

Dear Sayantani Having work experience does help in getting an edge during the placement but is not a criteria for getting admission in KSOM. So i would suggest you to sit for any of the competitive exam next year and try next year. Anyways there is only 3 months left for CAT 2015. Hope my answer was
