Yes, you can pursue BCA without any problem. Students from every stream can pursue BCA in almost every other college. Some universities set up their criteria that arts stream students can't pursue BCA or students from non-mathematical background too can't pursue BCA. But there are many universities

For BCA, maths is not compulsory at +2 level but there are some colleges who want math in +2 level. And for MCA, maths is compulsory at+2 level in every college.
