Am i eligible to apply for JEE Mains ? If yes then do i need to prepare for Maths also?

I want to pursue B.tech in Biotechnology but i have done my 12th with PCB.

    Maths is essential part of the entrance exam and hence it would be necessary to prepare for Mathematics also. As long as you have 5 subjects in your 12th Mark-sheet (all passed in same year), you are eligible for JEE Mains.
