    The three year diplomas are not considered as equivalent to 12th by BCI. So it is not possible to take admission in 5 year law programme at LPU.

    Three year diplomas are not considered as equivalent to 12th by BCI. So it is not possible to take admission in 5 year law programme. Minimum qualification required is 12th, IILM University, Gurgoan is offering 5 years integrated BCI approved B.A. LL.B. Programme which has especially developed to provide students with fundamental knowledge and skills necessary to pursue any other areas of specialisation.     Yes, you are eligible to apply for the 5-year integrated LL.B. Course in India if you have completed your 10th standard and a Diploma course. The Bar Council of India (BCI) has relaxed the eligibility criteria for the 5-year integrated LL.B. Course and now allows candidates who have completed their 10th standard and a Diploma course in any discipline to pursue the course. The eligibility criteria for the 5-year integrated LL.B. Course are as follows:
    * Passed 10+2 from a recognised board
    * Minimum of 50% marks in aggregate
    * Good communication skills
    * Interest in law

    Well for the 5 year integrated programme the eligibility requirement is Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (any stream) with English or equivalent. And as per BCI the Diploma is not equivalent to 12th. LPU offers more than 200 programmes. It is one of leading private universities in North.
