Am I eligible to apply for MBA program in NITK? My marks in BE is 59.4% and CAT percentile is 40.

Eligibility Criteria for MBA admission in NITK is
* UG: Any discipline with not less than 60% marks/ 6.5 CGPA (55% or 6.0 for SC/ST)
* Valid CAT 2014/GMAT score

No you are not eligible if you are general category student due to the BE marks being less than 60%. If you are SC/ST you are eligible because the limit is 55% in graduation. Your CAT marks don't help you much either.
