SSC Maharashtra Board- 69.27% - 2012, HSC - Commerce Maharashtra Board - 69.08% - 2014,B.Com appearing in 6th semester in March'17 expected score will be 69 %.

Yes, of course, you are. You can apply but I am not sure in which month will you be graduating. Because the course for PGDM (IM) 2017-1019 batch will commence in July or early August. Hence you should graduate before June and be available for the interview rounds during the months of May-July, whenever the interview dates are shared. Hope this answers your query.
