Am I eligible to apply? I have scored 27 in JEE and got 62% in 12th exams.

No as minimum required percentage in 12th boards to get admission in any nit,iiit,cfti is 75%.
You can go for private colleges like jaypee Noida,they also accept mains Mark's.
