Am I eligible to apply in Germany for MS in automobile?
I scored 62% in BE through mechanical.

Hi,
German universities mainly focus on academic scores, so you need to have a strong academic profile for increasing your chances. There should not be year gap, backlogs and percentage should be in range of 75 at least.
