Am I eligible to apply in LPU if I get 90+ in PUC 2? I scored 78% in 10th.

Your question seems quite difficult to understand though mentioning the eligibility for the LPU includes more than 60% marks in your 12th class .
Specifically for the engineering you should clear the JEE Mains or an LPUNEST ( an online entrance test conducted by university itself
