Yes you are eligible to apply. GD/PI locations can be selected in the application form. The usual centers are Ahmedabad, Amritapuri, Bengaluru, Bhubaneswar, Chennai, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, Kochi, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, New Delhi.
