Am I eligible to apply study visa in Australia?

I passed my 10th with 64% marks in PSEB Board in march 2012. Then, I passed 3 year diploma in electronics and communication engineering with 55% marks in may 2015. My PTE overall score is 61. Speaking 74, listening 60, reading 58, writing 56.

    Hello Japjeet,
    You are surely eligible for study visa. Infact, your profile is also eligible for credit transfer while you take admission for direct Bachelor's programme. PTE scores are also good to go.
