Yes, you can apply and get your seat reserved in few of the Singhgad institutes. Few recommended Sinhgad Institutes for you are NBN SSOMS and SKN Sinhgad. If you are having a valid caste certificate try reserving your seat through DTE's CAP round as you have more chances of getting Sinhgad Institute of your choice and have all the government benefits or get direct admission of any Sinhgad Institute of your choice.
