Am I eligible to become a doctor after completing BPT and MPT? What is its value in India as well as abroad?

I have completed my +2 from PCB with good percentage.

Yes after completing BPT you will be awarded the doctor title. BPT has value in India and abroad if it is certified by an recognized university.
