You can change your stream before October because, after that, the final list will be sent to the university.

It totally depends on your college & their rules & regulations but once you can check with your admission department & you can share your problems with them.

Yes, you can. You need to talk to the class teacher regarding your change in subject. If the CBSE Registration haven't started it would be easy to do. However, I won't suggest you to do so because it will become too hectic and difficult for you to manage. You will anyway end up with only one profess

There are still options but you need to give all the exams of 1st sem too as a mandate in case of any modifications. Registration once locked can be modified only in Board which is to be done asap.

You have to ask it to the admission department of your college and if they allow you to do that, then you can surely change your subjects.

Colleges allow it, if it is not a problem to them, so better you should contact your college admissions department and ask whether they allow it or not.
