Am I eligible to do MS in Canada? I scored SSC with 85%, class 12th with 79% and B.Tech with 67%.

Yes you are eligible. But the answer is not so simple. You need to go to various university websited and check-out their application requirements. For getting admission into the best universities, you need to build a strong profile with good recommendation letters, essays and SoPs etc.
