Am I eligible to do Ms Microbiology, after having 3 years off during graduation ?

I am raj, working as a QC coordinator in UAE so i would like to know my eligibility criteria to continue my education. i want to do Ms.Microbiology in Canada but i got 3 years gap in my graduation (B.sc Microbiology with 61 %). So please give me your valuable feedback. Thanks in advance.
