Am I eligible to do political science (honors) through a regular college?
I scored 71.80% in class 12th and scored 90 marks in political science.

Yes, you surely are eligible for admission to graduation in honors in political science. You have scored good marks. Study well and see to it that you clear graduation with good marks.
