Am I eligible to fill the application form? I didn't appear any entrance exam but I'll appear for mat exam in May.

Ya you can appear to any competitive exams that is held before September. Just you have to inform this at the time of admission. If you are appearing for Mat your percentile should be more than 60 then only you are eligible.
