Am I eligible to fill the NEET form this year as CBSE has limited the number of attempts to 3?

I did my 12th in 2014 and it was my 1st attempt for aipmt in 2014. Now it will be my forth attempt this year?

    This rule will be applicable from this year. So, this year will be considered as your first attempt. So, you are eligible to attend this year.
