Am I eligible to get a government college with a rank of 5000 in TSICET?

My rank is 4961. Do I stand any chance to get a free seat in a government MBA college?

It is very tough to get a good government college with your rank, I would suggest you to reappear for the exams and get a good score. College you may get are: Geethanjali College of Engineering & Technology, Arjun College of Technology & Sciences, AV College of Arts Science and Commerce, AVR & SVR E
