If 39026 is your SC rank then you cannot get the admission but if that is your general rank and you come under SC category then you have fair chances.

Hi Ankur, You have a fairly good JEE rank, why don't you apply at Thapar University. TU is a well renowned university and is best known for their Computer Science Engineering. You can try for admission there- to apply visit- http://www.thapar.edu/index.php/admissions/under-graduate
