I am from general category and got 73.16 percentile in my CET, can I get admission for MS in VES?

Can you please elaborate the name of the college, as-as per the college website, it does not offer the course: http://www.vesim.ves.ac.in/programmes/masters-of-management-studies-mms/admission.html
