With 150 marks, you won't be able to get good colleges. You can drop a year, if you are passionate for IIT.

Hello Vishwajeet, Firstly if score less than 75% then you are ineligible for admission in IIT or NIT. If your state accepts this result then you have some chance, else please appear for your state's CET.
