    BHM Bachelor of Hotel Management
    BBA (Hotel Management/Hospitality Management) - Bachelor of Business Administration with specialisation either in hotel management or hospitality management. B.Sc. (Hotel Management and Catering Technology or Hospitality and Hotel Administration): B.Sc. M.Sc. And Ph.D. courses are specially meant for Science candidates. Since being a Science student you are hesitating to option for general hotel management courses, it is much better that you opt for B.Sc.     Yes, most colleges and institutes of hotel management will accept commerce students. Hotel Management courses encompass more than just culinary or front office education. Having a back ground in commerce can be an added advantage. Hotel Management as a course doesn't specifically require any specialisation. B.Sc. In Hotel Management is a 3-year full-time course with minimum eligibility of 10+2 with a minimum agg.     Yes Commerce students are eligible for the programme, I have been to LPU so that I can testify to their practise and observe their efforts for students and management to work hard on placement and teaching results.     Candidates are eligible to secure admission in a PG level hotel management course, if they have cleared their UG level degree course (from any stream, Humanities/ Science/ Commerce) with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks from a recognized university/ college.
