Admission depends upon your JEE Mains score and percentage and if you want to join IITs then JEE Advance score matters too. It's difficult to tell whether you would be able to secure a seat in civil engineering because you haven't mentioned your JEE-mains marks. Although you can expect something if you have a score more than 130 in JEE-mains.
