You should be eligible, even if not for a Master's degree then you can apply for a Graduate Certificate. However, I still think you can apply with your grades. Please get in touch with them once. Drop them an email and they will tell you exact requirements. -
For that, you need to check online about the eligibility criteria of this university, as it is a foreign university, it is better to check online.
