Am I eligible to get admission in German Universities? I am from commerce stream and pursuing BCA with a low CGPA of 4.0.

Dear,
With this CGPA, it will be difficult to get admission in India and abroad. For further education in regular mode, you need to improve your CGPA in upcoming semester or year examination or ask your college for improvement process.
If you cross 55-60%, you can think of a good university abroad
