    Yes, you are eligible for the admission in the IET Lucknow but not in the HBTI as it is not accepting the UPSEE score, it is now HBTU and is accepting JEE Mains marks for the admission.

    Now, this time you can not get admission in HBTI through UPSEE, because HBTI require your JEE Mains rank.

    Dear Himanshu,
    HBTI is no longer a part of UPTU. You can take admission on the basis of the JEE Mains rank.

    If your GENERAK rank is -774, then you might have a chance in IET, otherewise, it is a big No.
    And second thing is, you wouldn't get HBTI on the basis of UPSEE rankings, as HBTI takes admission on the basis of JEE Mains, so with 774 category rank it is hard to get IET either. Better to attend counseling. Best of luck.

    Dear Himanshu,
    HBTI & IET comes under top colleges in Uttar Pradesh and with such rank I.e 774 its may be tough to get admission in this college. But, you should try to be sit in counselling moreover you did not confirm your category.
