Am I eligible to get admission in IIT or NIT through JEE? I have done class 12th from MP board.

Yes, of course, you can. Minimum eligibility to give JEE Mains and advanced exam is 10 + 2 or its equivalent exam passed. You can surely get the NIT or IIT if you score good marks in JEE Main or Advanced Exam. I suggest you to go through the below given link:

5 years ago1. Good rank in JEE Mains or advance and having at least 75% in boards. (General/OBC).
2. Good rank in JEE Mains or advance and having at least 60% marks in boards. ( SC/ST). -
If you have got more than 75% in 12th board exam and you are being allocated any seat through JoSAA, you are eligible for getting admission.

So, it is not necessary that in which board you are passed the exam from the board in the in India you can appear in JEE Main and advanced so you passed out from Madhya Pradesh board and you also eligible to appear in the exam.
