As we don't know about your educational details, but I want to let you know that IIIT, Hyderabad does not come under JEE Mains counselling even though some IIITs come. So, you need to apply separately for IIIT, Hyderabad.
For admission, they consider only your JEE Mains scores but it should be really good like 300 and above or if they see your caste, your marks should be at least 280 and above.

You are supposed to score 300+ in JEE mains if you ask what is below that then it will create a problem for you and it also depends upon your caste and family income. -
