You are supposed to score 300+ in JEE mains if you ask what is below that then it will create a problem for you and it also depends upon your caste and family income.

Yes, you will definitely get admission in IIIT. You got a very descent score in JEE Mains. So, no need to worry about it. You will get CSE easily. Best of luck.
