Am I eligible to get admission in NITs? I scored 90 marks in JEE mains, 76% in class 12th (PCM) and I belong to OBC category.

Harsh !Since you haven't scored well in JEE mains so you will not get admission in top Government institutes but don't worry there are some private institutions that are doing equally good as them,you may get admission in them by scoring a good rank in their entrance examination and thereafter getti

You will definitely get best university if you are scoring high in JEE. Since u have got 90 marks I think you would get above 93 percentile. So you can search for the college depending on the above using the below link https://www.shiksha.com/university/university-of-Mumbai-856/cutoff-jee-main.
