I'm currently pursuing 3 year degree B.Sc. Course and for further studies, I want to go to public universities in Germany.

    Yes, you are definitely eligible for getting admission to a public university in Germany. You can find multiple courses in-line with your stream and pursue your PG in German universities. You first need to narrow down the courses you wish to apply for and according to that, find the public universities that are offering that particular course. While you complete your UG here in India, start applying for the courses well in advance in the universities.
