You are without doubt eligible for admission in this institute. Jamia conducts its own entrance exam hence your MAT scores won't matter here. If you pass the entrance then you would be called for group discussion and personal interview.

Yes ,You are eligible as Jamia takes its own entrance test for MBA course .Jamia don't consider MAT score .The eligibility criteria of MBA entrance exam is as follow : Applicants must hold a Bachelors Degree in any discipline with atleast 50% marks in aggregate or an equivalent grade .
