Yes ,you are eligible as Jamia takes its own entrance test for MBA course. The eligibility criteria of MBA entrance exam is as follow : Applicants must hold a Bachelors Degree in any discipline with atleast 50% marks in aggregate or an equivalent grade. Jamia doesn't consider MAT score.

Jamia Millia Islamia has its own entrance exam for admission into its MBA and MBA (IB) course which is held somewhere in the first week of June. Eligibility criteria is to have a minimum of 50% in your bachelors course which I see is easily fulfilled in your case.
Hence you are eligible to give the entrance test depends on how you fair in the test, if you make it in the cut-off then you would be called for a GD and PI session. -
