Yes ,you are eligible as Jamia takes its own entrance test for MBA course. The eligibility criteria of MBA entrance exam is as follow : Applicants must hold a Bachelors Degree in any discipline with atleast 50% marks in aggregate or an equivalent grade. Jamia doesn't consider MAT score.

You should have cleared any entrance test (such as CAT/MAT/XAT/NMAT/CMAT/GMAT/NEST) accepted by various colleges and you should also have minimum of 45% to 55% in your Bachelors (any stream) for admission in them. Admission in MBA is done via two modes - either through an entrance exam or direct admission which is based on merit basis or management quota basis.
MBA specialization, which are as follows:
    Oil and Gas Management
    Hospital and Healthcare Management,
    Supply Chain and Logistics,
    Tourism and Hospitality,
    Financial Markets,
    Finance,
    Marketing,
    Human Resources,
    Business, Operations,
    Information Technology,
    Retail Management,
    Strate
    ...more

Jamia Millia Islamia has its own entrance exam for admission into its MBA and MBA (IB) course which is held somewhere in the first week of June. Eligibility criteria is to have a minimum of 50% in your bachelors course which I see is easily fulfilled in your case.
Hence you are eligible to give the entrance test depends on how you fair in the test, if you make it in the cut-off then you would be called for a GD and PI session.
