Am I eligible to get admission in this college in Diploma 2nd-year computer engineering?

I am from Gujarat & want to take admission in Diploma 2nd year computer engineering in that College, I have passed out Diploma 1st year computer engineering from Jamia Polytechnic Akkalkuwa, Maharashtra.
