9 percentile is too low. Check with the admission department.

It's better to attend May MAT or attend KMAT and take admission through management quota.

Dear Shreya, With 9%ile in MAT, there is no chance in Ramaiah, as well as, no chances in other colleges too. This is quite a negligible score. So, it is advisable that either to take entrance again or try for some private college under management quota. All the very best.
